DEEP SEAS Tasks

The DEEP SEAS contract is foreseen to continue and extend the work undertaken by RARHA (Joint Action – Reducing Alcohol Related Harm), and counts on the support of the international scientists, organisations and Member States representatives which were involved in the Joint Action, as well as extending the geographical scope of this group.

Task 1: In-depth analysis of the first Standard European Alcohol Survey (SEAS) data;

Task 2: Implement the second wave of SEAS, in 33 European countries;

Task 3: Elaborate evidence-based briefing documents and organise knowledge exchange and capacity building workshops on five specific policy topics related to alcohol;

Task 4: Pilot study and implementation plan for implementing brief interventions for alcohol in primary care at the regional level.
